This little dog has gone through a lot of changes since he came to our rescue. He is building his confidence daily and is such a loving little guy. Tito is a quiet dog that absolutely LOVES his toys.

Tito came to our rescue just in time for Christmas, so we think he may be a Christmas Elf! Tito is a nice dog that really wants to trust people.
