This dog was adopted and has been returned to our rescue. Her previous owner noticed that she was fearful and tried to "love" her through it. She's now a fear biter. We are working with her to overcome her fear, but there is a lot of work to do. The dog's name was changed from Sister Mary to Janey.
Janey was adopted out at 4 months and came back after she was 1 1/2 years old. We are saddened to get a dog back in this condition. But thankful that the owner didn't euthanize her, which is what he said he was going to do when he called us to take her back. She bit a neighbor that was in front of their house.
Please consider sponsoring the training this girl needs to get her fixed up and into a forever home.
Sister Mary was the runt of the litter. She is one of 4 puppies born to our rescue dog, Molly. She was born on December 14 and is one of two female puppies. Her Mom is a Ridgeback. She is available to go to her forever home on 2/14/14.
