Willy is a happy go-lucky little dog. He is cross eyed, which makes him look even more adorable! Willy was turned into the shelter on 11/5 where he stayed until we pulled him on 1/28. Willy loves playing with the other dogs in the yard and he loves coming inside to play. This guy needs a family that wants to spend some time showing him how a lucky dog lives.
