Trixie came to the shelter full of milk, but with no babies. We saw her when we went to pull some other dogs and this sweet baby begged me to take her. (The kisses helped)

She did great getting her bath and tolerated the blow dryer nicely. I was able to brush and comb her and trim some of her extra, extra-long nails down. She acted like a young little puppy after her bath running around and "doing her hair". She ran up to all the other dogs and very politely tried to interact with them. 

So far Trixie seems to get along with everyone. She didn't react negatively to our volunteers, both male and female.

We are accepting applications for Trixie at this time. She's on the thin side and could use some groceries. As with all of our dogs, she will be dewormed, given flea treatments, vetted, spayed, microchipped, and UTD on rabies and her booster shots
